1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MindNest, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older. MindNest does not knowingly collect information from individuals under 13 (or 16 where applicable under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)).
3. Services Provided
MindNest offers AI-guided career development tools, mindfulness training, goal tracking, and gamified learning modules. Features may evolve over time.
4. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate information (name, email, career data, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.
5. Payments
Paid features, where applicable, are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize recurring or one-time charges as described at the point of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and design elements of MindNest are the property of MN Leaders Ltd or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App;
- Upload harmful, illegal, or defamatory material;
- Interfere with other users or app security;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
8. Termination
MN Leaders Ltd may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
9. Disclaimers
MindNest provides informational and self-improvement tools only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice. Use at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MN Leaders Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. MN Leaders ltd is not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions in service caused by third-party providers, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Refunds for In-App Purchases
All purchases made through the Apple App Store, including subscriptions and one-time payments, are processed by Apple, not MindNest. Because Apple is the merchant of record, all refunds and billing questions must be handled directly through Apple and are subject to Apple’s own refund policies and the Apple Media Services Terms.
MindNest cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases or access your payment details. If you would like to request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or use the refund options available in your App Store account.
11. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MN Leaders LTD and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses that arise from your use or misuse of the App. This includes claims related to your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party rights, your misuse of any content or information provided through the App, or your use of the App in a manner that is unlawful or that causes harm to MN Leaders LTD or to any other person. You are responsible for any consequences that result from your actions within the App and agree to fully reimburse MN Leaders LTD for any expenses incurred in responding to or resolving such claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and, where applicable, including the laws and regulations of the European Union.
Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to be resolved by the competent Bulgarian court and by application of the respective substantive and procedural Bulgarian laws.
13. Changes to Terms
MN Leaders may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of App or website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
